What CPU/GPU do you have and how many fps do you get on average in a normal game and how can I improve my fps

I have a RTX 3060 and i5 11400F and I only get about 110-140 fps eventhough I have everthing on low. The funny thing is that the performance doesnt even improve that much after turning it to all low... Idk why.
