Does YouTube just stop your views?

So I noticed that sometimes even when a video is doing well my views will suddenly stop at a random number like 365 or something.

There seems to be no reason for this as it was getting good engagement and likes on the video.

This leads me to believe that YouTube just decided to stop showing your video for whatever reason sometimes.

This has happened to a couple videos now so I’m almost convinced of it. Like it literally happens within a few hours so I can’t even say It’s because of relevancy.
