We Had A Server Error....

Not sure if anyone can read this, or if it is still showing as blocked.

I got a We had a server error a couple of months ago, I've sent an appeal over a month ago and not heard anything.

Has anyone ever come back from that error message or does it mean this account is suspended forever?
