Unilateral Breast Rash

NSFWPhysician Responded

History: I am female 26, 5’7 260 pounds, have eczema on my hands and also another skin condition on my feet that looks like I constantly have new skin regenerating but doesnt peel off so I have tons of dead skin & have fungus under some toe nails - many family members on my dad’s side have it too and my dad took a fungal oral medication called sporonox and it cleared and never came back. I also always run hot and sweat a lot anyway and wear sports bras to work (probably a little too tight some days on me, my weight fluctuates).

PICTURE IN COMMENTS: I was in the middle of my shift running around (I’m a surgical nurse) and underneath my right breast started stinging INSANELY bad and itching. I got home and took my bra off, and I saw this bright red rash with darker spots in the center, maybe where my bra was rubbing most. I have had rashes before under both breasts or just one side like this but never this large. It doesn’t feel different texture wise, but is raised/swollen and very itchy and burned horribly the first day. Is this considered orange peel skin or???

First started July 3rd, picture in comment is today the 5th. I use anti itch cream on it and keep it clean with unscented soap and wearing a well fitted bra. I’m quite nervous and have some health OCD issues I seek help for but have a very bad fear of getting cancer/illnesses.
