Maine, mobile home park tenants rights. Dispute over water.

Advice needed

This is my 3rd landlord since Ive lived here. I have been "debating" with my latest landlord of the last 7 years that drinkable water is the bare minimum of what should come with my lot rent. Ive always suspected that the water samples he submitted to the lab were from a different well, and recently had him confirm all my suspicions about how the test results he and I got back from the same testing lab. I also discovered that he never brought the information up to his boss even when I showed him that aside from results outside epa standards, I have metal chunks clogging up my cold water line to my washing machine. Theres alot of details because ive lived here for 19 years and my neighbors whom im close to have lived here literally all their life. Their lot is highly coveted by my landlord so they give me all the history on the place. Now theyre trying to raise my rent and sell the lot and I cannot get any lawyer to listen to me because tenants dont matter. As a low income women I realize that if im going to air my grievances about something, I need to make sure its a legitimate grievance. Then if I want to have a hope of a chance for justice, id better have the evidence to back up my claim. So I have pictures, text messages, emails with water test results from years ago showing an ongoing problem, physical chunks of metal from my cold water line. Everything I hope supports my grievances. I just need someone to stand with me against people with a bottomless pocket.
