PLEASE HELP, onboarding email

I received the email welcoming me to whataburger and telling me to complete a payment task. However, I've yet to receive the email with my temporary login for workday. I'd rather ask on here because I've already spoken to the hiring manager twice today over the phone and I'm embarrassed to ask more questions. Was this normal for everyone else and I just need to wait, did you have to do an extra step, or should I just cave in and call him again within these next few days?
