FL4 - closest to the real thing?

my mcat is next week i just took FL4 and it sent me into a downward spiral… it’s so different than the other FLs IMO. wording is much different, answer choices much closer is similarity… shutting off my phone for the next week to grind. is this the closet one to the real thing?
