How do I get bf expanded to work?

I literally just started adding mods to the game and battlefront expanded looked really good and I've seen lots of people talk about it but it wont work. It wont load and just stays on the loading screen when you boot up the game. I was able to finally get past that one time but as soon as I started loading into instant action it did the same thing as before and was stuck on the loading screen. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
