Enabling Zip Payment?

Hi! I have a buyer who asked if I can enable Zip payments on a $90 item they wanted to purchase, but I’m not sure how. I wasn’t sure if maybe the item wasn’t eligible or something? It’s a doll. Any help with this would be appreciated. TIA!
