What to read after Prison Healer?

Fourth wing got me out of my reading slump this year & I picked up prison healer after and loved it.

Looking for romance/fantasy books that have lovable side characters, friendships, political tension & maybe more spice. I know I can’t have everything.

I tried ACOTAR but couldn’t get through it. It was too much fantasy for me & didn’t have any political tension.

Please help!!
