Home care for elderly

Hello. Im looking for help with my elderly parents in their home. I have one agency I thought could help me but they have a 4 hour minimum per day which is more than I need. My focus is making sure they eat. And then they need some assistance with personal care and they just like having someone to interact with. Anyone have any experience with this or suggestions?
