Techniques for more than one cup
So I am a few months into my pour over journey, and I love it. I think its the complexity and ritualistic aspects that it brings to my mornings that starts me off right.
Anyway, I have gotten a pretty good success rate for making a brew for myself - occassional muffs when I walk away and get distracted by the morning news or miss a step in a hurry to get out the - which is fine.
But I really find it hard to up the output to make enough for two or even three serves at once.
Am I being foolish trying to achieve this output, or are there some tricks.
I can percieve how making concentrated coffee and watering down might work, but not even sure how to do that,
I have a V60 02 and a Pulsar.
Its only become a problem as the family like the taste 😁
