Future career/internship options

I am planning on finalising my majors and minors, but I have 3 options:

1. A double major in econ and stats and a minor in math

2. A double major in math and stats and a minor in econ

3. A triple major in stats, math and econ

I want to go more towards roles like data analysis or even business analyst or something around those. I am not sure how to go about it tho or if the job market it goos. I did not enrol in the UTMCIP program, my gpa is going back up now. I wanted to know where I could apply for internships as well!
