My worlds are all corrupted/unopenable

I'm on bedrock mobile iPad 11 I belive, and I have not opened Minecraft in possibly a month and bare minimum 2 weeks, whenever I try to open any of my worlds both experimental and not it say There was a problem loading this world. Additionally it let me almost open 1 world only to say it was corrupted and to load from a backup or previous save, however every one of my worlds is broken. Idk if this is the right sub, but help
