Tips for Hiding Bulge When You Can't Tuck

As the title says, I need some tips on how to hide my bulge when I can't tuck. I won't go into details, but I cannot tuck. It is not happening. I keep seeing advice that just says to tuck anyway, but I can't. My balls aren't going anywhere, which makes it hard to hide my bulge.

I know I keep repeating myself, but I keep looking for advice and keep being told to just try anyway. I would really like some advice that isn't just telling me to tuck. Please.
