How about a good build Pepper Shaker, Ghoul?

I'm looking for a cool build for my Ghoul character, and I really like the Pepper Shaker. I saw a guy, in Ghoul, who did a lot of damage with his Pepper Shaker, it was explosive and it seemed to fire the same ammunition as a Gatling Plasma (little green loops). What's more, he had an aura around him, no idea what it was.

Anyway, I couldn't get to that stage of damage.
