Why my period hasn't arrived

According to my period app, I'm 20 days late now!! All I could think of is I am either stressed out, or is it my late night shift (graveyard) affecting it from coming on time. I mean I had was with a guy but he pulled out. I'm paranoid. Anyone else has been this late?? I'm feeling all the symptoms though - bloat and very tender boobs.
