Why did Recluse refuse to drop the jelly fish shield for me when i was playing guardian?

It had a "enhances charge attacks" passive on it. Does that passive actually apply to charged spells? I assumed it was just for charged heavies on melee weapons

I dropped her the ritual shield talisman when i could have kept it or taken something for myself. I dropped her duchess partner a reduvia with a good passive and she immediately scooped it up (she was only using daggers)

She got the shield pretty early and i tried to communicate that i wanted it cus my shield was only blue at the time
