[M4F] A Knight and a Jester (Medieval Fantasy Romance RP)

Hello everyone! I’m looking for anyone interested in a medieval fantasy-style RP! I’ve always loved stories set in kingdoms filled with knights, castles, and secrets.

This roleplay would be centered around a forbidden romance between a highly respected knight and a jester. I plan that my character would be the knight, one of the finest in the land, beloved by the people and trusted by the king and queen. Your character could be the jester, someone often overlooked or disrespected, always present at the royals side for amusement.

I should mention that the story doesn’t HAVE to be about how the knight and jester’s love is forbidden and stuff. It could just be a sweet roleplay between two very unlikely people in a unique relationship. But if you’re interested, I’d love to tell you more about my knight character in DMs. If you have an OC of your own in mind for the jester, or a similar character, I’d love to hear all about her!

You also don’t need to play multiple characters unless you want to. I’m somewhat fine with you focusing on just one. But I still think that we’ll both play as different side characters since they are needed to keep the RP fun.

I also don’t want this RP to only be about romance. I have quite a few ideas for drama, kingdom politics, and outside threats to keep things interesting. I’ve got some general plot threads already based on my OC’s lore, but I’m happy to adjust and shape things together if you want to bring your own ideas in. We can figure all that out in DMs!

I RP in 3rd person and prefer semi-literate replies. You don’t have to write a novel, but a few meaningful lines to help keep things flowing.
