slip resistant shoes that dont hurt
(not sure if this is the most approiate place to be posting this, but wasnt sure where else to post) i started working as soon as i turned 16, standing on my feet all day. ive been working ever since then, still having to be on my feet all day. i dont mind standing or anything, the problem is that my heels always hurt by the end of my shift. i thought i would get used to it, but a year and a half later, and they still hurt after every shift. im not trying to complain, but my heel is aching hours after my shift ends and i sit down. it doesnt seem like anyone else i know has this problem. ive changed the shoes multiple times, layered socks, and used inserts. but it never works. im not sure if all the shoes ive gotten just suck, or if i have feet problems. is there any slip resistant shoes and/or socks that can help with this problem?
i have tried hokas before, and my feet still hurt by the end of that shift. possibly even worse.
