Why do so many drivers get so entitled and filled with hate when driving?

There have been a number of cases now of people acting entitled to the road and easily enraged / offended when something doesn’t go their way. I have a theory that this shift on attitude was from the covid lockdowns where people have forgotten how to act, as I don’t remember seeing this many cases beforehand. It’s more like when you see two dogs barking because there is a barrier in the middle but when the barrier is removed, they go quiet. If people were genuinely this angry, you would be seeing fights and all sorts in the middle of Tesco all the time.

What’s with the attitude of a lot of drivers now?!
