16" vs 11.5" vs 14.5"

The title says it all! I've ordered the parts for my first lower receiver (this will be my first ar) and was wondering what length I should start on. I've made a post like this before, but one of the main arguements against the 14.5 and the 11.5 was the fact that you sort of needed the stamp/p&w to run them but now with the idea of the 0$ SBR fee (hopefully) coming soon, I was wondering what your guys take was now!
