Waku Waku no Mi

湧く湧く - Generally means to "Bubble forth" or "Flow over", generally in the concept of water getting excited to the point of escaping a container.

Makes the user a "Kettleman", allowing the user to generate large volumes of pressurized steam. The user is capable of creating "valves" from any location in their body. These valves are able to generate large streams of boiling steam.

The user of this fruit can utilize the steam they generate in various ways. Because steam is extremely hot and pressurized, a beam of steam could not only launch an individual back, but also severely scorch them. More focused beams may be used to create a cutting beam of steam or even piercing steam bullets.

Generally, they are able to create propulsion with the steam they generate, allowing them to launch themselves or others at extremely high velocities. This can be useful in achieving flight, allowing the user to fly like a missle anywhere they desire (although it might be difficult to stop). More advanced users may become adept at using their steam to greatly enhance their physical abilities, such as using steam to empower their ability to lift, punch or even run.

Being that the user's powers are generally based on the idea of a tea kettle, the user's skin is generally tougher than most, making them resistant to a lot of minor weapons or arms. The user is also generally resistant to heat. In fact, the more the user utilizes their ability, the hotter they get, meaning that the user will gradually become more dangerous as time goes on.

Awakening

Awakening this fruit allows the user to generate streams of steam anywhere nearby them, including other people. This allows them to not only scorch a target on command but also launch a target away if they feel the need.
