If you had the opportunity to be born again at any time and place, what would you choose and why?

I would choose to be born in France in the 1960s. Then my youth would have come in my beloved 80s. Of course, then a lot of girls smoked and there was no such active efforts to combat smoking. I would like to live in Limoges or Saint-Étienne, I do not like megacities and I would like a city with a trolleybus system. Although I love diesel buses, I like the smell of diesel exhaust gases only slightly less than the smell of burning tobacco. And the roar of a diesel engine is a delight for my ears. But smoking fetish most likely arose in me because of the girls who drove trolleybuses, in any case, this influenced its development. In my hometown in Russia in the 90s-2000s there were no girls who drove buses, but there were a lot of girls who drove trolleybuses and constantly smoked while driving. Of course I hate vapes and battery electric buses, they can't make me feel positive and I hate them for their fake greater safety and eco-friendliness.

If I'm being realistic, I'd like to move to Bosnia and Herzegovina or Serbia (if Vucic and his accomplices are not in authority and they will not liquidate the trolleybus system in Belgrade.). Learning Serbo-Croatian, which is related to Russian, is much easier and from a legal point of view too, and it's much more cost-effective. And the main thing is that there is still no such active efforts to combat smoking there. I hope that the conflict between the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska will not result in a new war, but will simply become an obstacle to joining the EU. Fucking EU will make them to fight smoking. The war is why I didn't choose Yugoslavia in the fantasy version.
