Duke of skåne, yet i receive no taxes

Hi I am a noob with only 6 hours of gametime in CK2.

I have just been apointed as Duke of skåne (i was count of bornholm, Denmark). The count of skåne is the king of denmark. I can see that i get no taxes whatsoever from skåne. Is there any way to change that?
