Beyonce Tickets

I am supposed to see Beyonce tomorrow and bought my tickets through stubhub. I went to my account today to see if the tickets had posted and it said they have but I didn't get any email (checked spam, junk, trash, etc). I reached out to Stubhub and they requested a "retransfer" from Ticketmaster. They are saying they sent tickets but the original ones expired from 2 months ago, but I checked my inbox I don't have anything from Ticketmaster or Stubhub with actual tickets.

They have told me that Ticketmaster is working on retransfer now and then I should have them by tomorrow. How reliable are they when it comes to retransfers? What are my options? I am so worried, have family visiting out of town for this and just want my tickets?
