[Virginia] Site error when trying to submit claim information collection

Anyone else having this issue? I get to the page where it asks me to submit the URL for the job I applied to, click next, and then I get an error and it logs me out. I can't file my claim because I can't finish information collection. I've tried three different browsers, the virtual chat also returns an error, and customer support hasn't gotten back to me because it's a weekend.
