Looking for a roommates/room to rent in NJ/PA

Hiii my boyfriend (19M) and I (20F) are looking to move into a home/apartment with at least one other roommate, or home with a room for rent (and we can share house amenities) by July 30th! We currently have no pets but may want on in the future, we are 420 and LGBTQ+ friendly! We'd love some smoking buddies. And omg maybe we can have movie nights! I totes understand if whoever is interested would prefer not to interact much! We're ultimately looking for a place 30 minutes within Cherry hill NJ (driving), our absolute max will be $1000 but hopefully with like 1-3 more roomates we'll all split the rent and have a nicer place to enjoy💞

Rules: don't make commonplaces dirty, don't blare music at some absurd time like 3 am with no notice, don't have sex on things that don't belong to you😫, give us a heads-up/ask if someone can/will be over (not applied if its just ur room :3)!
