F2F Appearance tips?

Hello! F2F is coming up for me and I have a couple questions I would love if current flight attendants could answer. My hair is too short to be put into a proper bun it’s just a little nub of a ponytail 😂 and suggestions on how to still appear professional without putting it in a bun? Also I know red lipstick is a definite yes but are red nails or a nice neutral pink the way to go?
