Which one to buy

So my local dealer has two deals for basically the same price.

2021/60k km first edition with ACC and heat pump

2022/40k km with neither

I kinda tend towards the one with ACC despite it being "more mature". Are there any things I should consider here? Like any parts that will need replacing at around 50k km or something like that. Any thing that tends to die after a certain distance? Any Softwareupdates the older versions didn't get?
