Penn Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Does anyone go to penn medicine in Philadelphia. I see a top doctor who dont listen to me or my symptoms basically go by rules never thinks out of the box i begged him to to colonoscopy or double balloon as im losing blood he did not listen or switch medication and I got a rare complication now also the doctor is very busy and never available. Question is I want to switch to a different doctor who is young and listens to patients. The team is not at all helping saying the other doctor that i want to see dont have any appointments and cannot switch now. Can some one let me know if its possible to switch to a doctor with in same facility this hospital is making it so difficult. Im fedup with my doctor he only changed medication when things got very complicated and out of hands.
