We won't meet Papyrus in Deltarune

Okay pretty small theory but: we will not meet Papyrus in Deltarune, except for maybe a small cameo. Here's why:

• Papyrus has not appeared yet, to the point where it would be weird for him to appear in the next few chapters as those are most likely going to be very lore-heavy

• sans is a massive prankster in Deltarune, so it wouldn't be weird at all if meeting his brother would never come true

• now the most condemning evidence: sans and Papyrus are, with a really high probability, from Deltarune and later enter the world of Undertale. But in Undertale, Papyrus has never met a human! So, according to that, Papyrus cannot have met Kris, and in extension, us!
