Tupac's “They got money for wars but can’t feed the poor” is what dumb people think smart quote is.

It just irritates me. It is surface level thought. It feels like it could be written on r/ "deep" thoughts. It says about things everybody knows. This quote can be considered meaningful by people that dont understand where buisness is and are suprised sky is blue and grass is green. War is business. It makes profit to those that declare it. Helping poor does not. How stupid u need to be to think governement actually cares for people and treat Tupacs words like some hidden knowledge. I cant tell why it is so popular quote from him. My whole point is that i dont understand why people like these populist statements, not only that particular one but every in general.
