Recommendations for manual courses?

I am still a fairly new grad, almost 2 years out, and want to improve my manual therapy skills! Specifically, I'm going into a cash based opportunity inside of a well-established personal training gym, and I am also moving into specializing more in working with those with hypermobility and connective tissue disorders. I am dry needling certified already, but would love to develop my manual techniques to improve my own mechanics and decrease wear on my wrists and hands. What have been your favorite courses? Thanks for any insight!
