What Scares You?

As a horror writer I love to write about my own fears, but sometimes fears that aren’t inherently my own! I’m in a bit of a drought when it comes to ideas so I thought I’d ask what’s a specific thing that scares you? I might combine ideas, alternatively what helps you come up with ideas for a horror novel?
