Weaned my toddler!

After 2.5 years of nursing my son we are completely weaned now! I am so proud of how long we made it and I am very emotional to stop. But it was time. He was still waking at night to nurse and it was really affecting our sleep! I tried the bandaids on the boobs and that didn’t work. I also tried booby moon and it didn’t work. I tried the vinegar on the nipple, didn’t work. What finally worked was sitting down with him and explaining he would get booby one more time so we nursed extra long and I just kept explaining this is the last time over and over again. And every time he asked for it I said no we did our last time and there’s no more milk now. And I said no every time since. It’s been 4 days and he’s still asking but he isn’t crying about it! It is possible to get a booby obsessed toddler weaned!!! For the mom who needs to read this it’s possible and you can do it!
