Where do I go?

I (36m) 2021 ape here.. ran into some really hard times, got dumped, lost my family, house, safe space, my jam space, my best friend and The so called friends never showed up for me, a few called I cherish them. I was never the rich kind so over the years, I only was able to get about xx shares below 40 lol but I'm still holding, 4 kids and went back to school, can anyone just chat? We don't have the green beer here but the can I'm drinking is green. Sorry If none of this makes sense not in a good place, but don't have anyone to talk too.
