Second pregnancy after PPROM?

My baby was born at 24+4 and is now 6 months adjusted age. The pregnancy was low risk, with my waters breaking at 24 weeks and giving birth 4 days later. We did not find any cause.

We are starting to think about a second pregnancy but also want to breastfeed baby for as long as possible. I have heard breast stimulation can cause preterm labour, in your experience with a pregnancy after PPROM were you adviced not to breastfeed/pump?

Please share any advice or experiences of a pregnancy after PPROM and a premature birth. Did you have full term pregnancies after?
