Any way to get non-tempered TU2 monsters?

Basically what the title says :D

I'm HR 267 and I never see anything other than tempered Lagi and Steve, and most other higher-level monsters like Gore and Arkveld are always tempered now too. I know this is because of the level scaling they introduced with the update but does anyone know of a way to try to downscale that? I can beat the tempered monsters, but I sometimes just want a more casual hunt and want to bring buddies along for quicker farming.
