Is it just me or does blademail feel a bit overtuned?

Discussion

I wouldn't say it feels particularly overpowered but it definitely does feel a bit overtuned. Reflecting 105% for 5.5 seconds is extremely potent against anyone not having bkb on at the time. Not to mention it reflects PRE REDUCTION so while you may only be taking 100 damage from a 200 damage hit, it's reflecting 200 damage. While I dont think that should change because it would make characters like axe useless with their huge armor, it is a big consideration in item strength.

Yes, BKB removes the reflection, but there are a lot of scenarios where bkb either isn't purchased yet or isn't turned on/on cooldown. Sure you can just stop attacking them, but thats basically 5.5 seconds of invulnerability and thats just asking for them to escape. Even satanic doesn't keep up because it reflects pre reduction and satanic only heals post reduction.

25 second cooldown means this thing is basically on at all points that it matters.

Really feel like at its duration and strength, it either shouldn't reflect as much spell damage or should have a much longer cooldown. It doesn't feel bad to buy this in the early game because it's a farming item and it wont slow you down, and this is exemplified by masochist QUOP who buys this and chills.

There are games where 3 people buy blademail and it just feels unbelievably stupid. I get punished for basically doing anything in a fight, and letting the enemy team do what they want unapposed for 5.5 seconds just isn't an option.
