Sony Headphones XM4 vs XM5

I am on the lookout for quality headphones as myjob requires a lot of meetings and working in a cooworking space requires ANC. I have narrowed it down to Sony XM headphones. PriceOye shoes XM5 for 72k and XM4 for 65k. XM5s seem to be the obvious choice but I have heard issues about the hinge, that it breaks quite often. Does anyone have any experience with that or whats the general verdict for that?
