[TOMT][Movie][2000s/2010s] Horror/Thriller Movie with Bumper Sticker About Drunk Driver, Creepy Patty-Cake Nightmare, and Possessed Old Lady with Gun

Hi everyone! I’ve been trying to remember the name of this horror or thriller movie I watched on Netflix, probably sometime between the mid-2000s and early 2010s. It had a very indie/low-budget feel and some bad acting, but there were a few scenes that stuck with me:

The main girl drives a truck or car, and there's a bumper sticker on it that says something like “a drunk driver killed my friend” or refers to her friend dying in a car accident.

Later in the movie, the girl has a creepy dream or nightmare where she and her dead friend are little girls playing a patty-cake game in the living room. The friend suddenly looks at her and says something monotone and creepy, and then she wakes up.

Toward the end of the movie, an old lady gets possessed and starts shooting at a guy with a large gun (I think a shotgun, but could have been a rifle).

It was definitely not a mainstream film, and not Legion (I’ve already ruled that out). It felt like a low-budget supernatural drama or horror—possibly even a TV movie or indie streaming exclusive. I originally watched it on Netflix in the late 2000s or early 2010s, though it's not there anymore.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I’d be super grateful for any leads!
