Hard Water

I just moved to a new area and we have CRAZY hard water. I'm buying my first mopping robot (I have 2000 Sft. of LVP with a wood grain) for my new house and I know hard water can be really tough on appliances. Since I can control what I can fill it with - any suggestions?

And no - I haven't picked out what I'm buying yet. I am leaning toward a SAROS 10R as I have 3 dogs (short hair but still) and 3 cats (long hair) and the corner cleaning feature looks like it would be nice. I'm also open to suggestions.
