Tranexamic Acid

Im on day 26 of a period and Im just done with it. It was really heavy until day 22 when I went to the ER after work (I work in an ER at the registration desk) I take iron everyday so thankfully I wasnt anemic but the dr. was nice and listend and perscribed me tranexamic acid to reduce the bleeding and hopefully stop it. It has reduced the bleeding (i am no long bleeding through a double maxi pad diaper every hour or 2 or passing salamander sized clots) but i am just tired of this period I went for an ultrasound yesterday and i still had lining in my uterus I just want to know if anyone has any advice. For reference I am diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis (super fun combo)
