Any corp litigators take an unconventional break?
I’m two years out of a prestigious clerkship and have had two really good years at a plaintiff side boutique in Texas doing cool stuff with nice people. But I’m a bit bored and don’t know how I build up a client base of investors / institutional folks to chase new cases, etc. We are dependent on our founder.
I love corporate litigation, love Delaware law, and really would love to take a break and try and mesh the two in a public interest fashion. Or maybe lobby for instructional investors. Or something else.
Just feeling stuck as don’t really want to do the same thing forever.
