Help - $70 loan, will repay by 7/13

Hi, I’ll keep it short - I have a pretty steep medical bill that I have to cover before they’ll allow me to make my next appointment which I really need. It’s $180. I have $110 now, and am $70 short. I would love to pay this bill before too late passes, as I have chronic pain and the longer I go without seeing a doctor the better. I’m willing to provide any forms of verification you need, ID, PayPal G&S etc, but I will not send any kind of deposit upfront — sorry but I have been scammed one too many times!!
