Trouble with the xbox side of rewards

I can't get the points for playing a PC game, console game, and game pass game to unlock. I've had solitaire going on my PC for around an hour now and it's not getting recognized. I've been doing it this way for a while and normally that counts for the game pass and pc game rewards but now its not recognizing at all. I also cant get the points for playing an installed console game either. I've tried three different games on that one each for around 30-40 minutes which should have counted. They dont show up for the 4 pack or 8 pack reward either.

I tried signing out of the pc xbox app and then tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to fix the pc side and that didn't work.
As for the console side I tried restarting the console, and unplugging it from power for 5 minutes before trying again and still nothing.

Any tips would be appreciated since this is my main points method since I can't do the bing check in anymore for puzzle pieces and have been restricted for around 6 months for searches.
