Strange symptoms..

Don’t have healthcare and last I went to a PP they sent me home with antibiotics and it took care of the problem for about a week. I’ve had irregular periods all my life but for the last 3 ish months I’ve been having light pink discharge.. no other symptoms. Im pretty tired all the time but that’s become normal for me. I’ve been really stressed and the fact that this seems to have no end is making me feel worse.
