Gen 4/Xfinity/87 Cars & I Am Stuck at 1100-1300 IR, Help...

Those are the three series I love, and ever since getting my B license I am stuck with qualifying like shit and getting into crashes and/or finishing poorly...

C class I was able to qualify good and finish good or skip qualy and finish good but now I am stuck with either low splits and getting caught up in bad luck or the occasional good split and clearly out of my element with skill level.

Any suggestions on what to do?

I am very clean but obviously not fast enough... considering coaching, super frustrating.
