Best option for around 3k used with low miles?

Best prices i see are mx3, rawr mantis, etm rtr. Any suggestions? Mainly gonna be used for pitbike tracks and cruising around. What would be the best option of those 3 I mentioned or if there’s another bike that’s a better option?
